Procedures and Penalties for Integrity Breaches

In case a trainee is caught cheating during an exam, the following procedures will be applied:

  • Prepare a detailed report of the incident, including any evidence, and refer it to the competent committee in the organization.
  • Determine the penalty based on the nature of the incident and the trainee’s behavior (such as failing the course, failing all courses in the semester, etc.), as deemed appropriate by the organization.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the case.
  • Inform the trainee of the disciplinary action before implementation.

In case of plagiarism in academic work, the following procedures will be applied:

  • Determine the penalty based on the severity and impact of the plagiarism on the academic work.
